Yes, wood is a natural product and it does fade over a period of time. The fading is not alarming, is generally uniform and is usually more pronounced on the side facing the sun.
Aluminium blinds are smooth and therefore quiet easy to clean. Use soft clean dust cloths, a vacuum cleaner brush, feather duster or other common, gentle cleaning aid for dusting.

No, none of our folding doors have a bottom rail. They are all top hung.
Wooden Folidng doors come standard with a Maglock (magnetic) but can be ordered with a key lock. Extra heavy duty locks can be ordered on our wooden doors, at an extra cost. Vinyl doors come standard wtih a key lock. PVC Doors come standard with a key lock.
Any of the blinds we supply will give you privacy. If you require the light to be blocked out completely, a roller blind with blockout material and side channels is your best option.
Yes, you can have blind installed where there are burglar blinds. The blinds might need to be mounted outside the reveal or may have to use special brackets depending on the depth of the reveal and the size and type of burglar bar. There is always a solution!
There are certain blinds that are suitable for use over doors. We do have a specially designed door blind in the venetian blind range.

Young children can strangle themselves in the loop of pull cords, chain or bead cords, and cords that run through window coverings. To avoid entanglement or the chance of strangulation, keep cords out of reach of children.
Shutters in Timber are only suitable for indoor use. Shutters in Aluminium or Tecwood can be used externally.
